Fat Cat was all over my order. Placed it Wednesday evening and received it Saturday morning. Product exactly as ordered and expected. I was replacing a windshield that I had that was broken. I agree with other reviews I read about the instructions being a bit vague. Had I not had the exact product with matching hardware it might have been more challenging to assemble and mount. As it was all familiar I unboxed, assembled and mounted to cart in about 15 minutes. I would definitely order more things from Fat Cat if I need anything in the future.
